Here are answers to some of the questions we get most frequently, but if you have a question that isn't listed below, just contact us!
HOW MUCH DOES HOUSE CLEANING COST?

The cost of cleaning your home depends on a few factors: size of your home, how many people, pets, bathrooms, frequency of service, etc. We will be happy to visit you in your home to discuss your estimate with you.

The first cleaning is a “dip cleaning,” which is more thorough. This is an hourly service in which our cleaning professionals will ensure that your home is up to our high cleaning standards.

After the initial cleaning, we will be able to more easily maintain the cleanliness level of your home with our routine cleaning. We will perform the routine services based on the agreed schedule.

During your initial consultation, we will provide a flat price quote for routine cleaning, and we will quote you a price range for the initial cleaning, and then only charge for the actual time spent.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE A DAY AND TIME FOR MY HOUSE CLEANING?

Absolutely, we pride ourselves in being more consistent than any other cleaning service.  For each of your scheduled visits, our same cleaning professional(s) will arrive at your home on the same day and time (within a half-hour).
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME DURING CLEANING?

This is up to you. We can perform our services whether you are home or not. If you are home during the cleaning, we can perform our duties in such a way that it minimizes disruption to you. For example, if you are on the first floor, we can start cleaning from the second floor. If you will not be home, we can gain entrance to your home in whatever manner you feel most comfortable. Our staff to only permitted enter your home during the agreed upon schedule.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL, RESCHEDULE, OR IF I ACCIDENTLY LOCK MY CLEANING STAFF OUT OF MY HOME?

We understand that things happen. It is important to give us as much notice as possible; at least the day before your scheduled cleaning service, so that we can inform or reschedule our cleaning staff. Late cancellations can decrease our ability to provide consistent wages to our employees. Consistent wages are the most important way for us to retain and provide you with the best cleaning professionals. If our cleaning staff is locked out upon arrival, we will immediately try to contact you to resolve the issue. A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required. As we do require a credit card to be kept on file at all times, if we do not receive a cancellation within 24 hours, we will charge the full amount for our lost time.
DO I NEED TO SUPPLY CLEANING SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT?

We find that our customer’s preferences vary greatly concerning cleaning products used in the home. Some prefer green or organic products, while others like traditional cleaners like bleach. Therefore, we typically ask that you provide the cleaners to be used. If you run out or didn’t have time to replenish your supplies, our staff is always equipped with supplies and equipment to complete the job. This also helps us to give you the best possible price.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PETS ON CLEANING DAY?

Please provide us information and instructions concerning your pets.  Although it’s not explicitly required, we will be able to clean your home more efficiently if pets are restricted from the areas of the home to be cleaned.
